Application Introduction

Bookings for each season open on the first working day in November. Starting that day, groups can book for training sessions taking place during the following season – from April 1st to the end of March. We recommend booking at least four months in advance, and even earlier for trips between May and September.

For groups that are not registered youth groups, Adventure-Ship is only available from January to March. However, if any dates outside that period are still available three months or less in advance, they may be released to commercial bookings subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Note:

Adventure-Ship is only available to booking from approved charitable institutions under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. These organizations are established to promote youth work in Hong Kong, and include schools, authorized youth and community organizations etc.
