1.) The maximum number of participants per trip is 60 persons.

2.) For overnight training trip, if one of the training days is across Sat, Sun or Public Holiday, the training fee would be subjected to the higher charges.

 

Submit the application form within two days after booking.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total trip fee must be mailed to our organization within one month to confirm the reservation.

Cheque should be made payable to “Adventure-Ship Ltd“. The balance of payment must be received by our office (200 Shum Wan Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong) no later than one month prior to the sea trip.

Please note that the fees listed above are already subsidized. Non-charitable groups must pay the commercial booking fee of $35,000 per day. The proceeds from each commercial booking will be used to sponsor trips for disabled and disadvantaged participants.

Adventure-Ship Ltd. is a non-profit charity that offers subsidized training trips to youth organizations to enable young people, who would not be able to afford the full cost of our services. Organizations making bookings must pass on the benefits of this subsidy and not charge participants more than their individual share. Any group found to be overcharging its members/participants will be prohibited from making future bookings and will be required to pay the difference between the subsidized and unsubsidized fee.

If a trip is cancelled by the users, the fees will be forfeited and used for sponsorship for disadvantaged clients.
