Students with special educational needs or social difficulties will match up with other students to face different challenges during the training.<\/p>\n<h2>Introduction<\/h2>\n<p>The pre-trip workshop helps students establish the concept of mutual appreciation and acceptance among students and adjust their mental readiness to prepare for the coming challenges on board. The on-board training allows students to learn various basic seamanship skills, at the same time face various challenges with their partners and learn to support each other during difficulties.
