“Adventure Companions”(\u7d50\u4f34\u540c\u822a): aims for integration between primary students from diverse background and creating a caring-school atmosphere. Students with special educational needs or social difficulties will match up with other students to face different challenges during the training.<\/p>\n

Introduction<\/h2>\n

The pre-trip workshop helps students establish the concept of mutual appreciation and acceptance among students and adjust their mental readiness to prepare for the coming challenges on board. The on-board training allows students to learn various basic seamanship skills, at the same time face various challenges with their partners and learn to support each other during difficulties. The post-trip workshop helps students consolidate the training achievements on board, and then enhance their self- understanding and acceptance of others, and achieving the ideal of building a caring learning atmosphere.<\/p>\n
