However, the organization is about much more than nautical training. By participating in our innovative and carefully designed sea activities, the trainees work cooperatively and push themselves in a supportive environment \u2013 learning, helping others, and growing.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Our Participants<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop their potential in a supportive environment<\/li>\n<li>Enhance their creative, social and problem-solving skills by confronting challenges in groups<\/li>\n<li>Acquire an appreciative, caring and environmentally aware attitude<\/li>\n<li>Increase their self-esteem, self-reliance and sense of team spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Target Groups<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Each year, approximately 10,000 young people participate in our programs.
